Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your KubeQuest Pro subscription, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will return the amount you paid, no questions asked.

1. Who handles refunds

Payments on KubeQuest are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our authorization, back to the original payment method.

2. 14-day full refund

You may request a full refund of your most recent KubeQuest Pro charge within fourteen (14) calendar days of the charge date. To request a refund within this window, email contact@kubequest.online from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". We do not require you to state a reason.

Refunds requested within this window are honored regardless of usage.

After fourteen days from a given charge, that charge is no longer eligible for a discretionary refund. However:

Once approved, Paddle initiates the refund within 1-2 business days. The funds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. International payments may take longer.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us creates additional work for both sides and can result in your account being permanently blocked from using the service in the future. Most refund requests are resolved within hours by email.

7. Statutory rights (EU / UK consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing under the Consumer Rights Directive. By starting to use the Pro service immediately upon subscribing, you may waive the right of withdrawal once you have downloaded or substantially used the content; however, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee in section 2 above is broader than this statutory minimum and applies regardless.
